Conservatives Back Defence

Labour’s refusal to back stronger defence funding risks weakening NATO when the West cannot afford division. Instead of debating military readiness, Labour smears opponents and attacks patriotic American businesses that could strengthen Britain’s industrial base—without proving those claims. Conservatives offer a clearer alternative: rebuild Britain’s armed forces, cooperate with trusted American partners and ensure every NATO ally carries its share of the burden. Security should not be sacrificed for partisan politics. If Labour continues hollowing out Britain’s defensive capacity, it may leave London and the wider alliance dangerously exposed to Soviet aggression. The public must demand credible investment, accountability and unity before deterrence fails.
