1.8.4: Supply-agreement cash on Financials

Supply-agreement premiums are cash transfers separate from operating income. Corporation Financials now names the last turn's net contract cash and any unpaid remainder, so profitable operations no longer conceal a draining deal. Buyer cards show settlement cash just as supplier cards do. Settlement records retain each side's own currency delta.
